Revelation 12:17, Part 3

1.    Have you ever been sworn in as a witness in court? Or have you given recommendation for someone? Tell about it.

2.    Read or listen to Revelation 12:17. Who is the dragon? Why is he angry? Who is the woman? What two things do the people of God do and have?

3.    Read or listen to Revelation 12:17. Read Revelation 19:10 and tell what is the testimony of Jesus. Read Revelation 11:19 and tell to what article of furniture is it connected. What was kept in that piece of furniture (Deuteronomy 10:1-5, 10)?

4.    Read or listen to Revelation 12:17. Read Joel 2:28-29 and 1 Corinthians 12:1-11 to discover and discuss how the Spirit is connected to prophecy. Read Ezekiel 36:26-27 and Hebrews 10:15-18 to discuss how the Spirit is connected to the commandments. Bonus: Read 1 Samuel 10:10-12 and 19:20-24 and discuss what you think was happening here between the spirit and prophecy.

5.    Read or listen to Revelation 12:17. Read 2 Chronicles 20. In your group, re-tell or draw or dramatize the story of this chapter. Tell, and listen to others tell, Where are you in the story? Read together, aloud, the message sent through the prophet to the people in verses 15-17 and in verse 20.

1.    ¿Cuántos de sus primos y otros parientes conoce? ¿Quiénes quedan vivos de la primera generación de su familia? Ellos son los "remanentes" de esa generación.

2.    Leer o escuchar Apocalipsis 12:-17. ¿Quién es el dragón (v.9)?  ¿Por qué está enojado (v.12)? ¿Quién es la mujer (v. 1-2, 5-6)?

4.    Leer o escuchar Apocalipsis 12:17. Comparar Apocalipsis 14:12 y 22:14. Hacer una lista, comparar y discutir las consecuencias y los beneficios de guardar los mandamientos de Dios. Bono: Comparar  Daniel 7:25  y considerar y discutir las consecuencias de intentar cambiar las leyes de Dios.

5.    Leer o escuchar Apocalipsis 12:17. Comparar Apocalipsis 1:2, 9; 6:9; 11:3; 12:11; 15:5; y 19:10. Haga una lista, comparar y discutir las consecuencias y los beneficios de tener el testimonio o por testigo a Jesús. Bono: Comparar Juan 5:39, Lucas 24:48; y Hechos 1:8 para considerar y discutir el orígen y el poder de este cambio.
