1.    Tell about your last frightening or disturbing dream. Did you attach meaning to it? Listen to others tell of theirs.

2.    Read or listen to Revelation 13:1. Compare and contrast the creature described here with the dragon described in Revelation 12:3, 9, 17. Note the numbers of the heads, horns, and crowns as well as the placement of the crowns. Picture and ponder.

3.    Read or listen to Revelation 13:1. Compare and contrast this creature with the one described in Daniel 7:7, 19. Bring the dragon of Revelation 12:3,8,17 into your comparison. Notice heads, horns, and crowns and what it does with the remnant/residue.

4.    Read or listen to Revelation 13:1. Compare Daniel 7:3, to consider this creature’s origin from the sea. Read and make notes about Genesis 1:10; Job 9:8; 26:7-12; 38:8; Psalm 77:19; 89:9; 95:3-5; and Revelation 17:15 to discover and discuss what the sea may have meant to John’s first readers.

5.    Read or listen to Revelation 13:1. Review the work we did some time ago in discussing the relationship Daniel may have to Revelation. Consider Daniel 12:4, 9-10; Matthew 24:15; Revelation 10:2, 8-10. Will you commit to reading both Daniel and Revelation now, reading them in light of each other?

2.    Leer o escuchar Apocalipsis 13:1. Comparar y contrastar la criatura descrita aquí con el dragón descrito en Apocalipsis 12:3, 9, 17. Tenga en cuenta el número de cabezas, cuernos, y coronas, así como la colocación de las coronas. Imaginar y reflexionar.
