I ask myself, According to which of my recent words would I be pleased for God to do? I think Solomon thought carefully about his words. 1 Kings 3:3-14

The works of the Lord are studied by all who delight in him. We will contemplate God's great plan of salvation, the ways God dealt with humans, and the wonder and beauty to be found nature and in the Bible. Psalm 111

Seems like "wise people" will "understand what the will of the Lord is" especially when "the days are evil." They will also be practicing gratitude at all times for all things. Into this wisdom, help us, O God. Ephesians 5:15-20 NRSV

Partaking in Jesus' words, actions, goals, compassion, and connection with the Father can be just as serious and astonishing as eating his flesh would be. John 6:51-58
