Lord, Do not send us on in life except your presence goes with us! For how will they know who we are except your presence goes with us? Exodus 33:12-23

We serve a true and living God and we wait. We wait for God's son Jesus to come from heaven, whom God raised from the dead, and who rescues us from the coming wrath. 1 Thessalonians 1:1-10

I used to think Jesus evaded the question in not answering with clear distinction as to what taxes to pay or not to pay. Now I know that this was neither the gist of the question nor the purpose behind Jesus' answer. Matthew 22:15-22

Thoughts about Listening

A relationship built on listening to each other is a beautiful thing. Exodus 33:12-23

How long is your list of people you know will listen to you if you need to talk? Psalm 99

If you have to wait, instead of fuming, how about trying to find ways to help or bring happiness to the person for whom you wait. 1 Thessalonians 1:1-10

How many taxes do you pay, anything you pay to share expenses and risk: government taxes, insurance costs, homeowners association fees, utilities costs, professional organization fees, bridge and highway tolls, club dues, church offerings? Do you pay happily? Matthew 22:15-22
