God, not more sales or more stuff, will cause justice and praise, beauty and joy, to spring forth. Isaiah 61:1-4, 8-11

Joy comes after the turning, God's turning us from our other worships, and our re-turning with harvest after going out with seed. Psalm 126

What do you think it means to rejoice? Joy and rejoice? Like turn and return from yesterday's thought? 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24

Thoughts about Listening

I'm starting to think on what beauty has to do with joy. How do we recognize beauty except by the joy it bring us? Isaiah 61:1-4, 8-11

Consider what joy and laughter happen to us at the trick of a joke, the turn of sudden fortune, the twist of a story's reversal. Psalm 126

Joy and peace go together at this season. I add beauty and love and hope to that list. Let's notice them today. 1 Thessalonians 5:16-24
