It's okay if you call me a conspiracy theorist in this respect. I do believe there is an accuser active in the cosmic view of things. And when that accuser focuses on a person or thing, it's easy for other people to pile on. I am grateful to also believe there is a power higher than the accuser. Job 1:1; 2:1-10

"Judge me, prove me, try me, test my heart and mind." This is the cry of one who's been accused. I believe we've all been accused by the great accuser. Psalm 26

I knew he created by his word. Now I see he sustains all creation also by his word. It's another evidence as to reasons for paying attention to his word. Hebrews 1:1-4; 2:5-11

Since I teach piano, I have an amazing privilege of 30 minutes per week one-on-one with each child. I pray that my mentorship will always be on the side of clearing the way for the children to come to Jesus. Mark 10:2-16

Thoughts about Listening

An attitude of accusation does not open the way for generous gift listening. Job 1:1; 2:1-10

Pondering who knows me well enough to vindicate me in the face of accusation. Psalm 26

Your word is powerful, whether or not you take care to make your actions match. Hebrews 1:1-4; 2:5-11

Listen to the children. There is so much to learn, and so much boost to give them, just by generous listening. Mark 10:2-16
