Revelation 16:13-14
1. Tell a story from your childhood about a frog. Research and tell the life cycle of a frog.
2. Read or listen to Revelation 16:13-14. There are at least four stories of Jesus and unclean spirits. One was in church (Mark 1:23-27), another among the graves (Mark 5:2-13), another in the midst of racism (Mark 7:24-30), and another had the disciples stumped (Luke 9:38-42; Matthew 17:14-21). Discuss what happened to the unclean spirit in all these instances.
3. Read or listen to Revelation 16:13-14. Re-tell the story in the Old Testament that has frogs making big problems for humans (Exodus 8:1-15).
4. Read or listen to Revelation 16:13-14. Notice three frogs. Notice three hosts of the frogs: dragon, beast, and false prophet. Compare the three animals in Revelation 12-13: dragon, beast, and second beast, all focused on worshiping the dragon. Compare Revelation 14:8 and Revelation 16:19 to discuss how Babylon, which is fallen, is made up of three parts.
5. Read or listen to Revelation 16:13-14. These unclean spirits of the devils can work miracles. Compare Revelation 14:14 to discover who worked miracles before and for what purpose. Discuss what is the purpose of the miracles in Revelation 16:13-14. Remind yourself, Who has power over the devils?
