God said all the families of the earth would be blessed through Abraham, not only his own family and descendants. Thank you Abraham. Genesis 12:1-4

I read Psalm 121 this morning with coronavirus in mind. Living or dead on this earth, I'm in God's hands forevermore.

Wages are not considered a gift, but something due. Eternal life is a gift, never something due. Romans 4:1-5, 13-17

Nicodemus was searching for something new in his life. He went about the search methodically and deliberately, considering all contingencies. Jesus honored his search and his method. John 3:1-17

Thoughts about Listening

Let's not inhibit the urge that a good thing is meant to be shared. Genesis 12:1-4

I get courage for today from considering the vastness of our universe and how small I am in it. The big uglies in my life get pared down to size that way. Psalm 121

Sometimes it is helpful to ponder some portion of history, and what benefits past people gained from their beliefs and choices. Romans 4:1-5, 13-17

I think creativity is more fun and effective if the creative person is given time to think it through. John 3:1-17
