Thoughts about Listening

Routines and celebrations are more important to our functioning than we sometimes recognize. Jeremiah 29:1, 4-7

Seems like a pattern: First the narrows, then abundance. A good listener needs to be able to hear both. Psalm 66:1-12

Don't argue about what the word means and, through that, about what the speaker means. Instead, listen to hear the person through whatever words he or she uses. 2 Timothy 2:8-15

Be always, always thankful, grateful, finding something to praise. Luke 17:11-19
